Marco Rubio has formed an exploratory committee to test the waters for a potential Senate run, and the Buzz is that uber Jeb fundraiser Ann Herberger is helping him out. Rubio's future depends largely on what Gov. Charlie Crist decides. Whatever money his committee raises ultimately can be rolled into a Senate campaign.
