DNC Chairman Howard Dean zips through Florida tomorrow, first in West Palm Beach at  Mark's Restaurant, CityPlace at noon, and tomorrow evening at Mise en Place in Tampa for a private reception. Word is he'll also hit a grass roots house party in Tampa along with state Senate candidate Charlie Justice following the reception.
