Hoping to deflect from Charlie Crist's three-day bus tour dubbed "Fighting for Florida," Gallagher's staff issued a press release Thursday titled the "TOP TEN LIST OF BUS TOUR THEMES REJECTED BY CHARLIE CRIST."

Among the Gallagher campaign's ideas is No. 9: "Suing for Us!," referencing Crist's backing by prominent trial attorneys; No. 7: "The Apprentice" Tour (a.k.a. "Jackpot! – Slots Across Florida" Tour), re: Crist's fundraisers hosted by Donald Trump; and No. 6: "Hurricane Charlie: Cone of Uncertainty" Tour, re: Crist's lack of leadership in insurance reform efforts.
