Jeb Bush for president, part 314
UPDATE: Jeb Bush spokeswoman Jaryn Emhof: "We don't know who is behind it. Nothing has changed, Governor is not running in 2012."
There are several reports of someone doing a robo-poll in New Hampshire about Jeb Bush for president in 2012. See here: "Beating the Bushes for a Candidate? Ken Merrifield, the mayor of Franklin, noted on Facebook last night that he was "just phone-surveyed about Jeb Bush for President." The caller mentioned "consistent conservative twice, the mayor Facebooked. Hmmmm" and here: "So a writer I follow who lives in New Hampshire just tweeted: @publicroad: I live in NH & just got a robocall polling me about what I think about Romney vs. Gingrich vs. *Jeb Bush*."
It doesn't necessarily mean anything beyond a public pollster looking for an intriguing peg for attention or a wishful thinker aiming to coax a late entry into the race by a stronger GOP candidate. But given the hunger out there for a nominee with stature and impeccable conservative credentials, get ready for another boomlet in Jeb speculation.
