Jeb's Tuesday Morning Analysis
Here's Gov. Jeb Bush's two cents on the debate.
"That was just an interesting sideshow. I'm going to steal Gen. Crist's line: I thought it was more like oddball not hardball. It was odd. Mr Linn was a little odd. And Mr. Matthews, who is pretty good at the national scene, really didn't do his homework on what's going on in Florida."
"Charlie did very well last night. I believe he's going to be elected governor, because he's hopeful and optimistic and, secondly, he's right on the issues."
Bush also backed Crist up, when it came to Crist's comments in the debate that he "spoke out" in opposing government's movement to intervene in Terri Schiavo's life. Previously, Crist has said his silence spoke volumes.
"He spoke out to me," Bush said.
Bush also disputed something Davis had said in the debates. Davis had said that he had worked with the governor on security issues.
"I'm getting older, and I've got a lot of data coming onto my radar. I don't remember working with him on homeland security. I just don't remember it, and he said it like three times."
