Jim Greer back in court
Orlando Sentinel: Ousted Florida GOP chairman Jim Greer and his attorneys returned to court today to ask an Orlando judge to throw out five of the six criminal counts against Greer and much of the evidence seized by Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents.
Circuit Judge Marc Lubet listened to an hour and a half of testimony and argument and said he expects to rule in about two weeks.
Greer, 49, of Oviedo, sat silently through the hearing and said nothing.
He's charged with six criminal counts, including theft, fraud and money laundering.
Lubet earlier ruled against Greer on the money laundering count, concluding it would stand...
