Jim Norman back on the ballot
This just in from the Times' Marlene Sokol:
Jim Norman can remain on the ballot for state Senate.
The opinion, handed down Wednesday by the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, means Norman is the Republican candidate in the Nov. 2 election for state Senate.
It was not immediately clear if Wednesday's decision will be appealed to the Florida Supreme Court. Read more here.
