St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Baker and his wife, Joyce, were part of the guest list for Thursday night's State dinner with Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi. Baker was invited because of St. Petersburg's Sister Cities partnership with the city of Takamatsu.
No, Baker, did not go on to Memphis to see Graceland with President Bush and Koizumi on Friday. Baker is staying in D.C. for the weekend, touring the city's monuments with his children. See the full guest list in Comments.
