Mailer blasts Jeff Brandes over insurance vote
The Committee to Protect Florida, run by political consultant Roger "Rocky" Pennington, has sent a tough mailer attacking state state candidate Jeff Brandes, R-St. Petersburg, for voting for a bill HB 245 aimed at shrinking Citizens insurance by allowing unregulated surplus lines carriers to take out policies from Citizens.
State Rep. Brandes is in a tough primary race against state Rep. Jim Frishe. (other side of mailer below)
