Max Linn - getting the 'party' started
Ross Perot wasn't the only longshot candidate with deep pockets.
Max Linn, a Pinellas-based Reform Party candidate for governor, will open his campaign headquarters Sunday by pledging to put $1-million of his own money "on the line for the third-party campaign crusade."
"Let's get this party started," a news release said. Linn's base will be at 6133 Central Ave., St. Petersburg. The kickoff begins at noon.
