McCain campaign does last-minute radio buy
Buzz just got word that the McCain campaign has called Clear Channel radio stations in Tallahassee and Orlando and asked to buy whatever radio ad slots are still available for this afternoon. In Tallahassee, it was a $1,200 buy for about 30 spots, scattered throughout five Clear Channel stations. Orlando had less available, unsure of figures just yet. They also bought another 12 spots on the Florida News Network, a statewide radio network (see their stations here) , for $820 a piece, or $9,840 total.
Update: Buzz hears it's a spot that former Gov. Jeb Bush recorded with McCain.
