Mel Martinez joins Buchanan in Cornyn's office
U.S. Rep. and potential U.S. Senate candidate Vern Buchanan met yesterday with U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Read into it what you will, but Buchanan was escorted by outgoing incumbent Mel Martinez, who not too long ago made the same gesture for Marco Rubio. Buchanan used to be Martinez's finance chairman.
