Mitt Romney's campaign just gave notice that he will announce his vice presidential pick Saturday morning in Norfolk, Va., at the start of his four-day, multistate bus tour. Late speculation is focusing on Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, but Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is a popular favorite. Start time: 9 a.m.
