New AG Pam Bondi says U.S. is the only country in the world to practice federalism
In defending Florida's legal challenge to the federal health care bill last night on Fox News, Attorney General-elect Pam Bondi said at one point that the United States is the only federalist country in the world. (Federalist means a system where sovereignty is constitutionally split between at least two levels of government.)
Over at PolitiFact Florida, we decided to see if she had that right.
