New CFO, AG Numbers



The latest fundraising reports show Democratic CFO candidate Alex Sink leading her field in July money-raising and Republican Bill McCollum outraising Skip Campbell in the attorney general race. A run-down:

CFO: Alex Sink: $102,000 in hard money, $1.15-million on hand (and several hundred thousand dollars in matching funds not yet reflected in reports); Republican Tom Lee: nearly $85,000 in hard money in July, $484,000 in matching money, and $1.85-million on hand; Republican Randy Johnson: nearly $37,000 in hard money raised, $204,000 in matching , and $778,856 on hand.

A.G.: Republican Bill McCollum: nearly $107,000 in hard money, $507,000 in matching and $1.1-million on hand; Democrat Walter "Skip" Campbell raised just $40,000, still has no matching money reflected and has about $644,000 on hand.
