A new ad from Barack Obama raises the question Mitt Romney has been asking, "Are you better off?"
Yes, Obama answers. The ad recounts the economic collapse and measures to turn the country around. "We're not there yet," an announcer says, adding that Romney's plans would take the country in reverse.
