President Barack Obama's visit to Tampa Bay on Thursday will be a town hall meeting at the University of Tampa.

Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will appear at Bob Martinez Sports Center. Doors open at 11:30 a.m., according U.S. Rep. Kathy Castor, D-Tampa, who has hinted that the president could reveal Florida has won stimulus funding for a high-speed rail line from Orlando to Tampa. (background here)
