Porkbusters.org reports today that U.S. Rep. C.W. Bill Young  leads House members in earmark requests in this year's defense spending bill. YoungWalter_reed_dcmc124, R-Indian Shores, has requests for 59 projects, seeking money for things like Atmospheric Water Harvesting and the Follage Penetrating Acoustically Cued Imagery Sensor. Rep. John P. Murtha, a Pennsylvania Democrat, ranked second with 46 earmark requests. You can see the entire list here.
