If it weren't for the fact that Collins, 72, is in better shape than 90% of candidates of all ages, we might be more impressed if he swore that he would finish out two or three senate terms.
Meanwhile, here's some clarification about state GOP Chairwoman Carole Jean Jordan's stance on Republican frontrunner Katherine Harris: “We’re disappointed that our letter to Congresswoman Harris, which was a private correspondence between the party and a candidate, has been released. While the situation has somewhat changed and we are now in the midst of a primary race for the nomination, our concerns about the race and the nominee’s ability to knock off Bill Nelson still exist.”
