At a Tiger Bay appearance today in St. Pete Pam Bondi was the only Republican candidate for attorney general who would not take a position on whether she suports Florida prohibiting gay couples from adopting. Everybody else supported it. Asked repeatedly after the event to take a position, Bondi simply kept saying as attorney general she would support whatever law is on the books now or in the future.

It was a pretty weak event for Bondi who also appeared not to know anything about the high profile Amendment 1 property tax initiative of 2008. Story here.
