Pasco County Republicans have joined the chorus against state party Chairman Jim Greer's handling of the Senate race between former House Speaker Marco Rubio and Gov. Charlie Crist.

The county executive committee unanimously passed a resolution last night against Greer for favoring Crist over Rubio, county chairman Randy Maggard reports.

The party members blasted Greer, saying he "contravened and ignored the principles and ideals of the Republican Party" and "such actions have in fact been in furtherance to support one Republican candidate over another."
