Winter Park businessman Phil Handy, a national co-finance chairman for Tim Pawlenty's presidential campaign and leader of Pawlenty's Florida campaign, is joining Mtt Romney's campaign. He will be Co-Chair of Romney's Florida Advisory Committee and as Co-Chair of his National Education Policy Committee.
