Rasmussen robo poll: Republican hopeful Bill McCollum now has a double-digit lead over his likeliest Democratic competitor, Alex Sink, in Florida’s 2010 race for governor, but the race between the two is little changed from June .

A new Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Florida voters shows McCollum leading Sink 46% to 35%. Five percent (5%) favor another candidate, and 15% are undecided. Four months ago, McCollum had an eight-point lead 42% to 34%.

...McCollum leads by 14 points among men and by eight among women. In June, women voters were almost evenly divided between the two candidates. Voters not affiliated with either major party favor McCollum by eight points, but 28% of these voters are undecided.

...Florida voters are evenly divided over the job performance of the state’s current GOP governor, Charlie Crist. Forty-nine percent (49%) approve of the job he’s doing, while the same number (49%) disapprove. Thirteen percent (13%) strongly approve while 20% strongly disapprove.
