Rain doesn't dampen Rick Scott's spirits

November

101102_bondiatwater.jpgRepublican Rick Scott promised victory as he made his last campaign stop on the I-4 corridor in Tampa this afternoon, where a steady rain has drenched sign wavers, including GOP attorney general candidate Pam Bondi, pictured here with Jeff Atwater.

"Gosh, it's exciting," Scott said at Bel Mar Presbyterian Church. "We're going to have a big win. And we're going to have a nice celebration tonight."

Scott referred reporters to his website when asked about his first act as governor if he wins tonight. He laughed when asked if he wins whether he'd demand the keys for the governor's office from Charlie Crist. "That's funny," Scott said.
