Ranking those U.S. House Races

National Journal's latest ranking of the 50 Congressional seats with the greatest potential for party shifts includes four Florida races:

The District 22 Shaw-Klein race slips from 5th most competitive to 8th ("Shaw continues to outraise Klein, which is mildly surprising since Shaw doesn’t have Ways & Means as a way to drag out donors.")
The District 16 Foley-Mahoney race drops from 39 to 40 ("Mahoney has real money but Foley seems unbeatable. We’ll see.")
The crowded District 13 race to replace Katherine Harris comes in at 48 ("Do Katherine Harris’ latest problems hurt the GOP here at all?")
The District 9 Bilirakis-Busansky race comes in at no. 50: ("Bilarakis is getting outraised , and the track record for sons of former congressmen is not good as of late.")
