Rep. Ritch Workman, R-Melbourne, is on a mission this year to obliterate laws he finds outdated and arcane. Among illegalities that exist in Florida Statutes: riding a bike with no hands, couples "lewdly and lasciviously" living together, and coasting down a hill in neutral.
