Republican Will McBride's thinking on AG race

Are Republicans going to give Jeff Kottkamp a free ride to the GOP nomination for attorney general? Tom Grady is out, and Bill Galvano and Kevin Ambler are not yet ruling it out. We checked in also with Orlando attorney Will McBride, who ran for the U.S. Senate against Katherine Harris last time. He's grappling with how to deal with his law practice, which has offices in Tampa, Orlando and New Mexico.

"I'm very, very seriously considering this opportunity, but I'd want to make sure I had a transition in place where my clients and employees were well-taken-care of,'' said McBride, dismissing talk about clearing the field for Kottkamp. "I think there should be a choice. I think what Floridians are looking for, whether it's me or whoever they choose, is someone from the outside, someone who's run a small business, someone who's going to bring a fresh face, a fresh approach."
