Republicans hit Obama/Nelson as Obama heads to Miami
President Obama has arrived in Miami and soon will deliver remarks at a fundraiser in Miami, the first of three events. He'll leave with a mini mountain of cash. (story here) But the trip is a reminder of the challenges Obama's re-election effort faces, particularly on the economy.
“While President Obama tries to escape the pressures of his failed economic policies and leading in Washington with a fundraiser in Miami, millions remain out of work and are beginning to realize that the only job our President is concerned about is his own," said RNC spokesman Ryan Tronovitch. "Unlike his duties in Washington, the President can’t escape the 2012 election and Florida voters already know they can’t afford another year with the Obama economy, let alone another term.
Republican U.S. Senate candidate George LeMieux whipped up a web video that lumps in Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson.
