Rick Scott ace Susie Wiles joins Jon Huntsman in possible White House bid
Florida Times Union: Having successfully steered Rick Scott to the governor's mansion, Susie Wiles has set her eyes on the White House.
Wiles told the Times-Union Thursday night that she's signed on as the new executive director of a political action committee formed by supporters of former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. Huntsman, the current U.S. Ambassador to China, is rumored to be considering a run for the 2012 Republican presidential nomination.
Wiles, a First Coast political veteran, previously served as an advisor Jacksonville mayors John Delaney and John Peyton. Wiles joins a team of political veterans, including John Weaver, a former advisor to U.S. Sen. John McCain.
