Rick Scott Attends Paella Fest

Gov. Rick Scott helps serve paella, a classic Spanish rice dish, with North Miami Vice Mayor Michael R. Blynn in the Capitol courtyard Wednesday as part of the Miami-Dade County Days' World Famous Paella Fest.
