Rick Scott: 'No more teaching to the test'
The Florida Republican Party has released a Gov. Rick Scott video in which he promises changes to Florida's testing system, though what he has in mind is unclear.
"No more teaching to the test," he says. "It's time we get a better measure of our children's progress."
