Rubio, Bondi team up in D.C. for health care case
Sen. Marco Rubio and Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi will join other leading critics of the health care law following oral arguments on Tuesday.
A 12:30 p.m. news conference will include Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, Sen. Mike Johanns of Nebraska, Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning and South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson.
Tuesday is the main event of three days of oral arguments in the case brought by Florida and more than two dozen other states. It will deal with the constitutionality of the individual mandate.
