Rubio calls possible Clinton-Meek-Crist plan a 'backroom deal' like health care law
Marco Rubio just wrapped up a rally in Melbourne where more than 500 people turned out. He did not address the Clinton-Meek-Crist story in his speech but spoke with reporters afterward. Below, he does a live interview on CNBC.
"If we eve needed a reminder of everything that is wrong with politics and wrong with Washington, this story is that reminder," Rubio said. "This is a story about a backroom deal to try to influence an election on the last days of that election. These backroom that deals they do in Washington has given us some of the worst public policy our country has ever had. This is how we got the health care bill."
