Marco Rubio has cut a Web pitch for the "Drill Here, Drill Now" petition, a self-explanitory call for more energy independence. "A small minority of people in this country oppose this," Rubio says in the 2 minute spot for American Solutions, the think tank Newt Gingrich created partly after hearing about Rubio's 100 Ideas. Rubio has previously taken a measured approach to the issue, dismissing the implication by fellow Republicans, chiefly Sen. John McCain, that drilling will have a quick effect on the price at the pump.
