Sen. Marco Rubio will deliver the keynote speech at the Pinellas County Lincoln Day Dinner on March 31.

A VIP reception starts at 6 p.m., followed by the program at 7 p.m. Detail here.

Speaking of Lincoln Day dinners, John Bolton will appear at one in Sarasota on April 27.
