Scott staffer takes gig with Huntsman potential presidential bid
Spencer Geissinger will leave his $150,000-per-year gig as Gov. Rick Scott's external affairs director to help Republican Jon Huntsman's potential presidential campaign.
Geissinger is the lastest former Scott staffer to line up behind the former Utah governor. Scott's campaign manager, Susie Wiles, joined Huntsman in January.
Huntsman has not yet declared an official presidential bid. But today he created H PAC, a political action committee he can use in the mean time to collect money and pay for travel and expenses.
