Senate (not Siplin) wants PSC reform

The bill also cracks down on communications between commissioners, staffers and utilities seeking rate increases.

Only Orlando Sen. Gary Siplin, a Democrat, voted against the measure, which passed the chamber with no debate. Siplin didn't explain his vote. Sen. Mike Fasano, a New Port Richey Republican, said the reforms were long overdue. More here.
