Sink gets conservative nod
Democrat Alex Sink has said all along that political party affiliation is irrelevant when it comes to who should be the next CFO.
It appears the Florida Times-Union agrees with her.
The Jacksonville-based newspaper, whose editorial board is known for being among the most conservative in the state, endorsed Sink on Sunday.
The editorial said Republican Tom Lee had a proven conservative record, but that when it comes to managing, "management techniques are neither liberal nor conservative - only effective or ineffective."
