Smith catches Davis in new poll
That's good news for Smith, who had been well behind in past polls. But many voters remain undecided about either candidate.
Commissioned by the Florida Chamber of Commerce, the poll shows Davis with 22.5 percent and Smith with 21.5 percent. Fifty-six percent were undecided. Polling was conducted by Alexandria, Va.-based Schroth, Eldon & Associates on June 4-6 and included 600 "high frequency" Democratic primary voters. The margin of error is +/- 4 percent.
The Chamber released Republican polling earlier this week, showing Charlie Crist with a big lead over Tom Gallagher.
