Trouble brewing in Miami after elections office closed
The Miami Herald reports that after opening the doors to allow for "in-person absentee ballot" voting, the Miami-Dade elections office has reversed course. The doors are now closed and -- gasp -- there are reports of cars being towed.

UPDATE 3:25 p.m. "Miami-Dade elections now says it will re-open for all in-person absentee voters in line by 5 p.m.," tweets Herald reporter Patricia Mazzei.
