A couple days after we pointed out that Katherine Harris' campaign was touting endorsements from Republican public officials who do not actually support her, the entire endorsement list has been removed from her Website.

The list originally included people like U.S. Sen. Mel Martinez and Lt. Gov. Toni Jennings, who do support her, but also included at least four U.S. House members who do not.

Here's what Harris said to reporters about the mistaken endorsements Thursday in Orlando:

"This is an internal family competition and some people don’t endorse in primaries. I don’t typically, and so they’ll be with us 100 percent when we finish in the general (election) but I understand that completely."
