Winner of the week: Ileana Ros-Lehtinen. The Miami area congresswoman is the new chairwoman of House Foreign Affairs committee - the only woman to lead a major House committee.  Runner up: Gary Fineout: The veteran capitol reporter's incessant lobbying...er, querying of Gov. Charlie Crist about pardoning Jim Morrison finally paid off.

Loser of the week: Anita Bryant. The former beauty queen, orange juice hawker, and anti gay rights crusader helped lead the charge for authorities to charge Doors singer Jim Morrison with indecent exposure after a 1969 Miami concert. Last week, nearly four decades after Morrison’s death and three decades after Bryant’s career fizzled, the Florida Cabinet pardoned Morrison.
