Yes on 3 on TV

Some of those millions socked away on either side of the Amendment 3 issue (should amendments to the Florida Constitution require a 60-percent passage rate?) is finally being spent on airtime -- with near identical messages: Just say no to special interests.

The Yes on 3 folks, Protect Our Constitution, went up on the air this past weekend across the state with ads depicting men playing poker and smoking cigars plotting to get measures on the Florida ballot.

The No on 3 folks, Trust the Voters, also put up an ad in recent days that talks repeatedly about the lobbyists and politicians out to kill "majority rule" and notes specific topics, like a smoking ban, that lobbyists killed in the Legislature before it passed on the ballot.

Both groups either have a link to the ad on their website or say they will soon. Click on their names above to access.
