Donald Trump wins big in Nevada; Rubio second

Donald Trump scored a blowout win in the Nevada caucuses, with the race called as voting ceased at 12 a.m. eastern.

Marco Rubio was in second and Ted Cruz in third.

Trump's victory -- the third in a row -- adds to his momentum heading into Super Tuesday. And it puts more pressure on Rubio, who was reportedly in bed when results came in, and the establishment to do something fast. Rubio keeps making the argument that he's the one who can win the general.

But voters aren't yet buying into that argument. And Rubio's job is complicated because Cruz isn't going anywhere. His campaign noted that only he has beaten Trump and that Rubio has now finished 3-5-2-2.

John Kasich and Ben Carson are not willing to drop out, either. "I believe things are starting to happen here," Carson said, inexplicably.
