Florida cash: What Clinton and Trump have raised so far
Hillary Clinton has raised more than $13.3 million from Florida so far, while Donald Trump has pulled $4 million from the state, according to a review of FEC data.
That places Florida below California, New York and Texas as cash sources for Clinton, who has directly raised about $326 million through July, the latest data available. Florida represents about 4 percent over her overall collections.
Trump got a late start fundraising so his $4 million is not surprising. It represents about 3 percent of the $127 million he has collected (or loaned his campaign) overall.
— FEC was complied by Connie Humburg of the Tampa Bay Times. Given the lag in reporting, both candidates have certainly received more over the past month.
