Jeb lands on another corporate board
Jeb Bush has joined the board of advisers of Jackson Healthcare, the nation's third largest healthcare staffing company, a privately held company that last year reported more than $500-million in revenues.
"It is an honor to have such a visionary leader on the Jackson team," said Richard L. Jackson, chairman and CEO of Atlanta-based Jackson Healthcare. "Jeb brings big solutions to big problems and utilizes business practices to find easy remedies."
"There is nothing more important than the doctor-patient relationship, and I'm delighted to be affiliated with a company that is seeking to make sure all of us will have the ability to see a physician when we need one," Bush said in a statement.
In addition to a busy schedule on the paid speaker circuit and running the consulting firm Jeb Bush and Associates, the former governor serves on several other corporate boards, including Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Angelica Corporation, Rayonier, Inc., Empower Software Corporation, CorMatrix, and Swisher Hygiene, Inc.
