When news broke that the FBI was opening a new investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails, her vice presidential pick, Sen. Tim Kaine, was in a dark car, driving through Tallahassee.

Minutes later, outside an early voting site at the Leon County Courthouse, Kaine was asked about the news.

"I've got to read a little more," he said.

Kaine is in town for a rally at Florida State University, but along the way, he stopped and talked to local activists and voters outside the courthouse.
