Marco Rubio to help open Florida GOP field office
Amid skepticism and second-guessing over whether the Donald Trump campaign and Florida GOP that has been all but abandonded by Rick Scott can or will field robust a get-out-the-vote operation, the Republican Party of Florida today announced that Marco Rubio will be on hand in Panama City for the first of "many" campaign office openings across Florida.
“It is with great excitement that we announce the opening of our Panama City Victory office on the Emerald Coast. With a hub for our grassroots operations in the western Florida region in place, our efforts will only continue to intensify. This is the first of many offices that the RPOF will open across the state in the days and weeks to come. As we pave the road to victory in November, we look forward to engaging with Florida voters on the issues impacting our state and nation,” said Chairman Blaise Ingoglia.
"As we work to ensure Republicans win up and down the ballot in Florida come November, the Panama City Victory office is the first of many that will serve as a center for grassroots activists and volunteers working to get out the vote. Along with Chairman Ingoglia, I am committed to ensuring that we have the necessary resources to win in November to defeat Hillary and maintain the critical Republican majority in the Senate," said Sen. Marco Rubio.
