Rand Paul narrowly beats Marco Rubio in CPAC straw poll

Sen. Rand Paul won the annual CPAC straw poll, backed by a youthful, libertarian-leaning group of activists. Sen. Marco Rubio came in a very close second.

Paul got 25 percent of the vote to Rubio's 23 percent, which pollster Tony Fabrizio said was a "virtual tie."
