Rubio climbs to third place in new national poll
Marco Rubio has jumped to a third-place tie with Carly Fiorina in the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.
Donald Trump and Ben Carson are first and second with 21 percent and 20 percent of GOP primary voter support respectively. Rubio and Florina each have 11 percent.
Jeb Bush has fallen to fourth with 7 percent, followed by John Kasich at 6 percent and Ted Cruz at 5 percent.
In July, the order was Trump / Scott Walker / Bush / Carson / Rubio. Florina was not a factor.
